Balancing exam preparation and student wellbeing for success
Exam season can be one of the most demanding times in your law degree – long hours, high expectations, and the pressure to perform can take a real toll on your wellbeing. The Law Society of New South Wales is pleased to support student members by hosting our first Study Well webinar on Tuesday 28 April, designed to help you approach exams with clarity and confidence.
Our first session will provide guidance on practical exam strategies for preparation, note compilation, revision and building confidence, as well as practical advice on how to manage stress and anxiety leading up to assessments. Anna Fischer, Growth and Wellbeing Manager at the Law Society of NSW, will be joined by Kim Winters, trauma and ADHD specialist, to walk students through healthy techniques to enhance focus, manage time effectively, and stay energised without falling into survival mode.
