As a designated local regulatory authority under the Legal Profession Uniform Law the Council of the Law Society NSW seeks to further objectives of the Uniform Law to promote the administration of justice and an efficient and effective Australian legal profession.

Professional Conduct Advisory Panel
The PCAP provides support to solicitors who are or may be subject to disciplinary proceedings including complaints, show cause events and trust accounting issues. The assistance is confidential and independent of the regulatory authorities.
