Through tailored training, practical activities and facilitated discussion, each workshop supports the development of key capabilities aligned to the Law Society of NSW Solicitor Capability Framework.
Workshops can be attended individually or as a complete series, providing flexibility to tailor your professional development to your specific needs.

Join Anna Fischer, Growth and Wellbeing Manager at the Law Society of NSW, for a half-day in-person Capability Booster workshop on inclusivity and diverse perspective taking.
This workshop will outline a holistic approach to accessibility, diversity, and effective inclusion across a range of minority groups. Attendees will be provided with strategies to identify unconscious bias, techniques to address discrimination and tokenistic inclusivity, and guidance for implementing genuinely inclusive policies and behaviours in their workplace.
