We welcome applications for non-repayable financial gifts including:  

  •  Assistance with course and admissions fees, textbooks, and training costs.  
  • Support for travel, accommodation, and care for dependents. 
  • Practical help, such as IT equipment or professional attire for interviews. 
  • Programs and initiatives that increase awareness and cultural safety in the profession. 
 

About Us

There is a steady decrease in the number of First Nation lawyers choosing to continue practicing law in NSW. We want to reverse this trend and build a stronger, fairer justice system together. To reduce the barriers experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons pursuing a career in law, The Indigenous Solicitors Foundation (ISF) registered charity has been launched.
