NSW Pre-sale Finance Guarantee
The NSW Government has established a $1 billion Pre‑sale Finance Guarantee (PFG) to accelerate housing delivery and address supply constraints. Under the program, the Government will purchase off‑the‑plan dwellings in eligible developments, helping developers meet lender pre‑sale requirements and commence construction sooner. Leveraging the State’s strong credit standing, the program aims to fast‑track thousands of new homes over the next five years and support jobs across the construction sector. More information.
