To further support the profession with AML/CTF reforms, we have developed two new resources: a privacy policy template, to provide a simple foundation for small practices to collect information in line with AML/CTF requirements; and a new information sheet for clients, to help practitioners clearly communicate their new obligations.

Waverley Local Court – Registry closure from 1 June 2026
Courthouse renovations will see registry services at Waverley Local Court cease on 1 June 2026. In person registry services will instead operate at Level 4, John Maddison Tower, 86–90 Goulburn Street, Sydney, between 9.00am and 4.30pm on weekdays. Updated Revenue NSW website content
On 27 May 2026, Revenue NSW updated its transfer duty website content and refreshed the Property Professionals Resource Centre. Enhancements include detailed guidance on proof of identity and foreign status requirements; and web-based Electronic Duties Return Directions. For an overview of the changes, see here.
