All law practice in NSW, whether or not trust money was held during the trust year.

What must you lodge?
Your lodgement requirements depend on whether trust money was held or received:

  • No trust money held or received:
    ✓ Lodge Part A: Confirmation of Trust Money 
  • Trust money held or received:
    ✓ Lodge Part A: Confirmation of Trust Money
    ✓ Lodge Part B: Statement of Trust Money
    ✓ External Examiner’s Report
