The District Court of NSW, NSW Bar Association, the Law Society of NSW, and Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions are offering a series of complimentary training sessions focused on pre-recorded evidence hearings for child witnesses in criminal matters.
These sessions will feature insights from NSW District Court Judges Catherine Traill and Grant Brady, and we are honoured to also welcome Her Honour Judge Patricia Lees (UK), a leading authority on sexual offence trials and judicial education.
Each session will be followed by an optional social dinner (self-funded), offering a relaxed opportunity to connect with colleagues and peers.
