The John Lehane Memorial Lecture
The Right Honourable Sir Geoffrey Vos, Master of the Rolls and Head of Civil Justice of England and Wales, will deliver the 12th John Lehane Memorial Lecture on Tuesday 18 August from 5.30pm to 6.30pm at Banco Court, on 'Artificial intelligence: implications for the Judiciary and the broader legal profession’. Registration is not required.
50th Anniversary Ceremonial Sitting of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) (Division 1)

Certified Trust Accounting Software Update: Logic Firm Pty Ltd
The Trust Accounts Department has recently completed an assessment of the Logic Firm Pty Ltd trust accounting software package and is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a complying system under the Uniform Law. If you have any questions, please contact the Trust Accounts Department via email at trust@lawsociety.com.au. A list of all certified trust accounting software packages is available on the Law Society Website under trust accounting software.

Criminal lawyers invited to participate in research study
Legal practitioners working in criminal jurisdictions are invited to participate in a Sydney Law School and ODPP research study exploring how legal professionals understand domestic violence and how those views shape decision-making and practice.
