2026 Annual Judges Conference and mid-year recess of the Local Court and Children's Court
Normal sittings of the Local Court, Children’s Court and Coronial Jurisdiction will be suspended on, and from, Wednesday 1 July 2026 and will resume on Monday 13 July 2026 for the Annual Local Court Judges’ Conference and mid-year recess. The statewide centralised sitting arrangements for the affected jurisdictions are outlined here.

NSW Land Registry Services (LRS) Digital Forms mandate
A reminder that from 1 July 2026 for any plan signed and completed by a Registered Surveyor on or after this date, all accompanying Administration Sheets and section 88B Instruments must be generated in LRS Connect using the Digital Form Builder prior to lodgment, unless exceptions apply (refer to the Digital Forms Mandate guide). Support materials are available here, including a recorded webinar on section 88B instruments for lawyers.

Revenue NSW: Duties Notice of Assessment (NOA) enhancements
