Continuing General Trust Account where No Statutory Deposit Held

If the general trust account has been open for some time and has not held a statutory deposit during the previous applicable period:

(a) Review the authorised ADI statements for the previous applicable period and determine the minimum balance;

(b) Follow procedures (b) to (e) in the Section: New General Trust Accounts.
