Drawing from the latest cognitive and neuro-psychological research on emotional intelligence as well as her experiences working with the Australian Special Forces, Olympic athletes and tier 1 management consultants, Dr Jemma King will provide practical tips to help manage stress, enhance productivity, and communicate effectively online.

This session will build on information presented by Jemma on 10 November 2020, Managing Stress for Sustained Performance Over Time. Viewing of this prior session is not essential, but may be beneficial to your understanding of some of the concepts presented.
