The President of the Law Society of NSW invites you to the Future of Law and Innovation in the Profession (FLIP) Roadshow.

The half-day program is designed to provide you with low-cost, innovative and sustainable solutions to improve your practice.

The program includes:

  • The future of legal service delivery
Identify and classify the range of business models of innovative legal service providers currently being used in Australian legal practice.

  • What makes a ‘good’ lawyer?
Examine what it means to be a ‘good’ lawyer, with a particular focus on ethical responsibility.

  • Legal innovation trends
The global pandemic has changed the way lawyers work and practice. We will discuss the trends and explore how you can use them to your advantage.

  • Cyber Fraud Risks: The Evidence and Defences
Discover the increasing relevance of cybersecurity and hear the latest intelligence on protecting your practice from cyber-attacks.

  • Client-centred design
Hear about how client-centred design can be used to strengthen relationships, improve internal processes and spark innovation.

  • Practical innovations to improve your practice and profession
In this workshop, learn how to use project management, client-centred design and process improvement techniques to identify and solve ‘pain points’ unique to your legal practice.
