Through tailored training, practical activities and facilitated discussion, each workshop supports the development of key capabilities aligned to the Law Society of NSW Solicitor Capability Framework.
Workshops can be attended individually or as a complete series, providing flexibility to tailor your professional development to your specific needs.

The workshop also explores feedback and coaching tools that improve supervision, reduce errors and rework, and support stronger collaboration across matters.
