In appropriate circumstances practitioners may be able to charge for additional work in obtaining the first time grant of administration or resealing of letters of administration. In these circumstances the Costs Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales recommends the additional costs form the subject of a separate costs agreement that adheres to the requisite disclosure requirements.
