Staying Well in the Law – How to flourish: Feeling good and functioning well in the law
Online webcast
We are thrilled to invite you to the June edition of the Staying Well in the Law series, How to flourish: Feeling good and functioning well in the law, on Wednesday, 12th June.
There is increasing recognition of the importance of psychosocial safety in the workplace and the multiple benefits of introducing practices that minimise psychosocial harm. These benefits extend to individuals, organisations, and the wider community. But what if we could go beyond harm minimisation to practices that maximise wellbeing or 'flourishing' at work?
This presentation by Felicia Huppert (Honorary Professor at The University of Sydney Business School, in the Body, Heart and Mind in Business Research Group, and Visiting Professorial Fellow in the Department of Psychology, UNSW) will review research on what it takes to flourish and describe simple, evidence-based principles and practices that can create positive change at multiple levels.
