Young Lawyers committees are active in producing a range of publications for both solicitors and the community.

Publications for solicitors

Several committees of NSW Young Lawyers have researched and written free Practitioners Guides, along with helpful booklets and pamphlets aimed at both young and new practitioners. All are written in an easy-to-understand style and offer suggestions for further assistance.

Practitioners guides, booklets and pamphlets are located in the Resource Centre section of this website, and cover the following topics: International Law; Public Law and Government; Corporate Law; Civil Litigation; Criminal Law; Land and Environment Court; Family Law.

Publications for the community

NSW Young Lawyers has researched and written several free publications for the community, which aim to make the law and legal concepts accessible to the general public.
