Property Law Committee

The NSW Young Lawyers Property Law Committee delves into all aspects of property law. We coordinate property-related Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Programs and keep property practitioners informed by providing regular information bulletins regarding legislative changes, important judicial decisions and current matters of interest in the property industry. The Committee also provides an essential networking platform for students and lawyers working across all aspects of property law. Whether your interest is in community titles and strata schemes, retail or residential developments, major infrastructure projects, major leisure projects, leasing, property tax, or construction, our committee brings together a network of enthusiastic practitioners to discuss their shared interest in real estate.
If you are a practicing solicitor or law student and have an interest in laws and new developments affecting real estate, then the Property Law Committee is for you. No prior experience is necessary, and any young lawyer or law student is more than welcome to come to our meetings, and sign up to our mailing list to receive updates on our upcoming events and new developments in property law.
