The Practitioner's Guide to International Law

Launched in February 2010, it provides an introductory overview of certain aspects of international law for Australian legal practitioners. The Guide aims to facilitate greater understanding of the area and to promote recourse to international law in resolving disputes before Australian courts and international fora. |

The Committee produces this monthly newsletter to promote discussion on international legal developments. The newsletter focuses on developments that affect Australia and also outlines unique Australian perspectives on a range of international legal issues. The newsletter is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for legal advice.

The Young Lawyers International Law Committee now has a group page on LinkedIn. This page is exclusively open to members of the International Law Committee to read and post current news items relating to international law and conduct online discussions. To join, create a LinkedIn page (it's free and can be very minimalist), then send a request to join our page and our Vice-Chair will add you to our group.
