The Law Society of NSW offers services that can help you balance the business aspects of legal practice with the business of being a solicitor.

Policy officers and solicitors at the Law Society are available during business hours to take telephone and email enquiries on a range of issues, from professional standards, such as ethics, costs and Practising Certificates, to more business orientated topics, such as practice structures and risk management.

In addition to timely information and assistance, the Law Society also provides practical resources that enable you to effectively manage your time and workload in today’s fast-paced legal industry.
