Employment award information
On Friday 4 December 2009, the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC) made a Modern Award for the Legal Services Industry to commence on 1 January 2010.
The Award can be accessed on the AIRC website.
It applies to employers engaged in the business of providing legal and legal support services.
There are transitional provisions which can be found in Schedule A on page 27.
