The COVID-19 Pandemic has shifted the way we live and work. While we all respond differently to the change, 2020 has been a year of change like no other.

The constantly shifting environment and major disruptions to our lives have left many of us feeling tired, stressed and uncertain. We have also experienced how the effect of change has impacted our wellbeing, work, relationships, and families.

On 20 October, Senior Psychologist Jaydene Tucker spoke about understanding the role of stress and other common responses to change, and provided her top tips on remaining resilient during times of change.
