FLIP Inquiry Series - a bimonthly series exploring a range of legal industry "buzz words"
This event will provide an engaging and informative look at “RegTech”.

The panel will explore regulatory technology including:

  • Explaining RegTech and what it means for lawyers
  • Providing examples of its use including in compliance with regulatory requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering, fraud detection and compliance reporting
  • Overview of the RegTech eco-system including its industry and regulatory participants
  • The Potential RegTech solutions to respond to the Royal Commission's recommendations
  • Procurement and outsourcing process and its legal issues
  • Regulatory challenges
