King prawn ‘caprioska’ with crisp won ton wafers, whipped ricotta, carrot reduction, radish and herb salad  (Pesc, GF, DF) 

Five spice roasted quail tamarind curry sauce and crisp rice wafer

House-made braised zucchini ravioli, tossed with zucchini flowers, lemon, thyme, olive oil and pickled eschalots  (Veg)

Pan fried fish of the day with polenta chips, roasted vine tomato and chunky salsa verde (Pesc, GF)

Tandoori corn fed chicken supreme, spiced onion bhaji, broad beans, labne cucumber and mint (GF)

Char-grilled free-range pork loin, roasted plums, fennel, apple and jus 

Rare black pepper wagyu beef flank steak, Vietnamese salad with cashews, mint coriander beansprouts and egg net (GF, DF)
