Buying and Selling a property in NSW
The Law Society's checklists on buying and selling a house or apartment in NSW answer common questions about the buying and selling process and how a solicitor guides a client through each step.
These guides include useful information on important topics such as:

- Buying a strata title property
- How to prepare a contract for sale
- How the conveyancing process works.
The Law Society also produces and distributes a number of other resources to help members of the public understand the law.
