The Family Law Committee keeps up to date with recent developments in Family Law.
The committee has been actively involved in submissions on various law issues including surrogacy and same-sex relationships.
The committee has recently updated its Practitioners Guide to Family Law (4th edition). The committee is currently in the process of providing a supplement to the 4th edition of the handbook to deal with the significant changes in the de facto law legislation.
The committee is committed to providing informative and relevant Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars to both young and senior practitioners on a range of family law topics.
