with avocado & chipotle aioli.

with rocket, radicchio, pear, shaved parmesan & balsamic dressing.

Crunchy chicken salad
with baby gem, soft boiled egg, crispy prosciutto, croutons, beans & Caesar dressing.

Grilled lamb back strap
with harissa, baba ganoush, pearl barley tabbouleh & mint dressing.

Roast spatchcock
with hummus, jewelled Israeli cous cous & garlic yoghurt.

Seared barramundi fillet
with pea puree, warm potato, squash, zucchini, olive, artichoke, capers & tartar.

Spanish style potato gnocchi
with chorizo, prawn, medley tomato, cauliflower, olive, artichoke, confit garlic & paprika.

October two-course menu - $42

with goats cheese & mixed leaves.

Mains

Grilled sirloin steak
with potato rosti, beans, roast tomato & chimichurri.

Poached Atlantic salmon salad
with crispy potato, asparagus, peas, cucumber, mint, Spanish onion, watercress & lemon dressing.

Dessert

Vanilla panna cotta.

with kiwi, passionfruit & honeycomb.
