Speakers Bureau

Does your school or community group need to know more about the legal system or a particular area of law?

If so the Law Society of New South Wales’ Speakers Bureau can help you organise a talk about your area of interest by providing a solicitor who is willing to share his or her knowledge and expertise for free.

The Speakers Bureau aims to provide a friendly and informal environment for the public to learn about the law.

The talks generally last for one hour, consisting of a 20 to 30 minute talk by the presenter, with the remaining time for questions or open discussions.

Book a speaker

Solicitors can be arranged to speak at either day or evening functions and to meet at the venue of your choice throughout the state.
