The Corporate Lawyers Committee is hosting a discussion forum to discuss the findings of Deloitte’s Corporate Counsel Report “Embracing a continually changing world?”.

The forum will be chaired by Ric Simes, a Director of Deloitte Access Economics and an industry expert, who will provide a briefing on the current local and global economic climate and the increasing importance of the digital economy. A panel discussion will follow with Ric Simes and Leslie Moore, the General Counsel at Deloitte, who will consider the results of the 2012 Survey which relate to the use of social media by Corporate Counsel, the trends in outsourcing and the impact of the current economic conditions on in-house legal teams.

This event satisfies the requirements of Rule 42 for Professional Skills (1 MCLE point).
