Our speaker for this semiar is Leigh Adams, an accredited specialist in Business Law.

He is a member of the Business Law Committee of the Law Society of NSW and has over 20 years experience as a corporate and commercial advisor with businesses ranging from sole traders to public companies.

Leigh has particular experience in business succession (the entry and exit of business partners), asset protection, trusts and estate planning issues.

He is a highly regarded tactical lawyer and speaks and writes papers and articles on all aspects of these topics.

Leigh is also the author of the widely distributed book “When the Going Gets Tough” which deals with crisis management and his practice includes a significant amount of insolvency litigation.
